Well my choice was made for me. Got to the dealer and the other 2 were sold. I'm glad I put money down to hold the 2016. Drives like a dream. Trying to get a hard top shipped is like pulling teeth. Only viable option is to buy from a local dealer.

Hi guys,
I was going to pick up a 2016 Realtree EPS today but the snow storm has delayed it until tomorrow. They're trying to close out the 2016's and I can pick it up for $10,899 out the door. They stripped it of the included top but I'm going to see if I can bargain (bringing cash).
They also have a brand new green 2015 EPS for $10,399 and a used 2014 Realtree (no EPS) with roof and windshield for $8,999.
I just sold my 2012 Rhino for $10K so I'm stoked about upgrading for not much more but my Rhino had a full soft cab, EMP windshield, warn winch, plow, diamond plate guards underneath the foot wells, and machined sheave\slug kit (please I don't want to get into a vendor pissing match) most of which I'll have to get for the new Viking.
I'm mostly convinced to get the 2016 model with EPS, because of the improvements. I know I can get the 2015 and just add the soundproofing and new engine dampener brace, but for $500, it's just not enough of a discount. The other part of me says get the 2014 and put the $2K into the accessories I'll need to add to bring me back to my Rhino specs.
Some other things going through my mind:
-If Yamaha comes out with a better engine or 3 seater Wolverine or some major improvements for 2018, I can offload my 2016 for not much of a loss compared to the 2014/2015 models.
-I bought the Rhino like 3-4 months ago with a budget of $5K for our first SxS, well I went $2K over budget and bought the 2012 for $7K and put about $750 in upgrades into it. I'm pretty happy at making ~$2k off of it. Part of my extremely frugal personality says buy the 2014 and don't get greedy and be happy that we'll have a newer SxS, and after upgrades and accessories, my total investment will only be $7775.
What would you do?
