Welcome to the forum and congratulations on the new purchase! Bulbs are H4/9003, I run the cheap LED bulbs from ebay, they are much brighter but do not project very far, but that's what light bars are for. Your best bet is to replace the whole light housing with an LED light cube or round unit like this:

How long do those round lights last? That's a good price if they're at least decent quality.
