Anyone running one? I am considering the HMF but have read there needs to be some tuning done to go along with it. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

From my previous experience, I'd say yes.
I noticed that this machine doesn't have an O2 sensor in the exhaust system....so loosing back pressure may not affect the ECU like a vehicle with an exhaust that has an O2 sensor.....that's just me though, I may be wrong.
