Pfftt... what kind of asshole fraud shiatty salesperson-kinda-guy would mount it there? Jeez.....
Gets you outside, driver's side, in case of a bad situation if the remote gets yanked out may disconnect a bit cleaner ( slightly less likelihood of damage to the port ).
My luck, i'd rip the whole side of the dash out :nonchalance:
