clutch torque specs

What are the torque specs for the primary and secondary nuts

"The shop manual says 137 ft lbs for the primary sheave and the wet clutch and 72 ft lbs for the secondary ,the nut on the secondary spring is 65 ft lbs in order to use a torque wrench you will have to take the case off the opposite side of the engine and use some sort of special tool to hold the shaft, thats why everyone just uses an impact"
That's what i did surely I got them right enough hammered on them pretty good
On another note i must say wow huge difference in the machine now white secondary spring and 2mm Shim my clutch ratio before was 2.5 to 1 now it's 2.91 to 1 I can spin these 26s in high like they ain't even there
