Grommets are a two piece deal ,uses a tool and you hammer it down and peen it over on itself, can buy at Walmart or a fabric store. I used one side of the grommet and tapped with hammer to " cut " the hole. Then used a second one and peened it over itself , I had a lot of extra material to practice on

We build hard Polycarb back windows for $199.99. They are made from 1/4" Lexan 9034 and are Dot approved. Lexan 9034 has 250 times the impact strength of glass and are a lot lighter. The window has automotive edge trim around all sides to prevent any rattles and is secured to the roll cage with loop clamps.

Can you dump the bed with the window AND an OEM cargo box? I installed a Kolpin rear window only to find out it would not work if you have the cargo box.

Yes we do. The steel doors are made out of 11 gauge steel. The door frame is supported by an 11 gauge frame which the steel doors close against. We incorporate multiple pieces of 3/8” steel rods to make the frame as solid as we can. The steel door frame is covered with 11 gauge steel and a ¼” Polycarb window. The steel portion of the frame is painted with a truck bed lining paint. The back panel of the door kit is made of ¼” Polycarb for maximum visibility. The steel doors incorporate a paddle latch to open and close.

We also make rod doors which are solid doors that are less expensive & less weight. The rod door frame is covered with our marine canvas and a Vinyl Window. The vinyl window zips open and is held in place with Velcro. The back panel is the same as the steel doors. The rod door is the photo showing the inside of the door panel.
