For the first service , this absolutely has to be done by dealer ? I have always done my own wrench turning, hondas, harleys..... whatever I owed. Would like to know what everyone else has done. Warranty issue ? The shop I got mine from is over an hr away,,, the shop 20 min I wouldnt trust to oil a bicycle chain, and their a month behind, but want it there in case they can fit it in. Hence why I traveled to purchase.

What say you all ?

Did mine myself, oil/filter and both diffs, grease all fittings, wouldn't worry bout the valve checks till 100hrs.. Cost me about 50 bucks.. Dealer wanted 280.. If you do your own wrenching, it will be a breeze for you.. Your first service absolutely does not need to be done by the shop in order for your warranty to remain,, just keep your receipts for the fluids and filter.

Read your drivers manual, has a section in there that tells you exactly when (miles or hours) to service everything
