Hey yall gotta viking with ALOT of mods and upgrades to it... 4in lif, 32 in black mambas, snorkeled, turbo kit running abt 12 lbs of boost, using power commander 5 and their auto tune, jus broke both rear cv axles in one hole so in the process of making my own using somethin like a u joint instead of cv so they will b ALOT stronger and can go at more of an angle to compensate for lift and hopefully not Break but many more mods to come... If yall got any questions feel free to ask

To get the 4 inches I used a 3 in lift kit and drilled a extra hole in it to get the extra in... And yes there wer HUGE tire rubbing issues, we could only turn abt 1/4 of the way so to fix that we cut out the floor board... Seems drastic but if u do it the right way it don't effect anything negatively... Pics and videos r soon to come of the turbo set up, jus got it finished and tuned up Las weekend and then shredded the axles an hr later so haven't gotten to do much riding lol

I've got to believe this is going to cause you problems and constant broken CV joints or axles. Your CV joints have got to be in a bind. I think the max any of the lifts can safely go is 3". I know when I put mine on, I spun the axles just to be sure and it was fine....but when the shocks were off I extended it just a little more and I could feel the CV joints binding up.

Yea it does especially with the mambas on it!!but we wernt running into any problems with em until we put the turbo on cause b4 then it was barely Makin the power to turn the 32s but as soon as I put some pwr to her I shredded rear driver and passenger axels this past weekend but I am swappin to a u joint driven axel instead of the shaft spline drive that's in it so it will b able to go at extreme angles and they r much stronger

We had to start thinkin outside the box with ALOT of the stuff havin to do with it cuz once u got that much pwr Goin to tires that r that aggressive then u have to have axels and other components that will support it.... We haven't dynoed it yet but we r thinkin we r Makin a extra 20+ horses

Yea we couldn't figure out Y someone hadn't offered em yet cuz they r so simple to make and with the lift, power, and aggressive tires stock axles jus wernt gonna cut it... Hell evn an all stock viking would benefit from it cuz u wouldn't evr have to worry abt tearing a boot or break in a axle jus rock out... But they wer very cheap to make and if for some reason they do break they r very cheap to fix jus go to any autoparts store and they keep em in Stock and with abt 10 mins of cutting and welding u got a brand new axle for under 50 bucks

Here's a pic of the turbo set up... Sry for the horrible pic and for the aluminum foil lookin stuff on the turbo, it's heat wrap that melted on it because the turbo was getting really hot and meltin the ice in my beer cooler (NOT COOL) and we wer tryin to keep some of the heat off of it but rerunnin the water lines in to the center turbo housing fixed that problem completely but braided lines r ordered we jus wanted to get it mounted and tuned and Goin so we wouldn't miss any ride time but still more pics to come
