I have plenty of plexiglass around my shop so before I drop a bunch of money on a factory windshield I would like to build my own. I just cant find any type of clamp that would work.

I know plexi doesn't hold up to glass or lexan, but when you already have the material, it's worth a go. Basically I want to try to use a half windshield for summer months, but be able to mount an upper windshield during spring, fall and winter without it laying on the hood.
