1) What type of brand do you think is best for A-Arm Guatds? Also were did you get them?

2) Has anybody had problems with Battery's going bad. I have had 2 go bad so I'm looking to see if it's bad luck or to I have a electrical problem some were. I do have a Warm 4000 Lb winch.

A: I don't have any and haven't ordered any either, so I'm in the same boat as you.

A: I've only had mine for a few weeks (maybe a month) but I keep mine on the Battery Tender when not in use, so no, I have not had any batteries go bad.

Do you keep it on a battery tender?
Do you have a crap load of accessories attached to the battery?

Im sure all of the metal A-Arm guards are pretty close to the same.

I also have a very weak battery, one evening it would not even crank. So I went and bought a 19$ battery tender and all is good. I too have a winch and a stereo hooked up to mine but everthing is fused and relayed.

Yea mine ate a battery already too... I bought a 30 dollar lawn mower battery in the summer that has more cranking and cold cranking amps than what was in it.. I have a winch stereo and four 4" led lights on it and haven't had a problem with the new one.. Don't spend the 150 for the yamaha battery, they are junk anyway

Thanks everyone. I bought a Interstate Model DCM0035L which comes with 410 Cold Cranking amps. Also bought the battery tender, and I'm going with the Warn A-Arm Guards. The Guards cost $191 for all wheels. Sold by Rocky Mountain Motor Sports online. The battery I bought from Interstate online for $83 and change. My dealer parts man recommended I by the Interstate.

tmcelheny is right, the Yamaha batteries are garbage. Buying a decent replacement was definitely the right move along with the battery tender. Turkey Hunter let us know how those Warn guards look when you get em' and of course pics please.
