More than likely your throttle position sensor, or TPS for short, was not set to the right location or has loosened and moved. Fuel controllers are the best way to fix the issue, especially the Powercommander. It allows you to add fuel on decel to remove popping without effecting a hot start issue. The powercommander software actually allows you to see the TPS posistion and change it if necessary. Todd at Hunterworks.com or Tinken would be the best people to talk to about them.
