Hey guys. I just purchased my brand new blue Viking the other day and love it. Day after I got it I took it up north with my father and friend and went down this newly made logging trail. It was pretty damn rough but had no issues.

Somehow I managed to put a stick into my rad causing it to come off the holder and spew coolant all over. I took it to my local rad shop and they managed to fix it however there is a small pinhole still in it.

I found out 2 things:

It costs 320$ for a brand new rad.

I need to find a Rad guard badly.

can anyone help?

I don't think the chance of that happening is very high! I think you mainly got unlucky, but it would be nice if someone made some guards. Do you know anyone with a plasma table? If so, they could probably cut out a cool guard like some of the other UTVs run.

Go to lowes and buy some of this wire mesh, cut it to size and install in front of your radiator...

Here u can see where the guard has already saved my radiator, you'll notice two pine limbs that were deflected, I'm laying in front of my right front tire looking up at radiator

Interesting.... I didn't even think to protect the radiator... but it makes sense. I run in areas with tons of sticks... A hole in the radiator could really mess up a guys day.
