Mostly just been using at the deer lease so far but we're headed to Hillarosa in couple of weeks. That's the reason I broke down an ordered from jbs!! I got sheave with 16 gram sliders & slug kit. I probably end with 15grams once I get the cdi box.. Like Rob has on the green machine. I've also got it snorkeled, 2"HL lift & 29.5" outlaw2s.

I think you can get a Hunterworks Sheave almost free on another thread.

Certainly not trying to hijack your thread, but I have a similar question... I'm ordering 30 inch Zillas for 14 inch wheels, 2 inch lift. Good thing about the Zillas is they are extremely light weight (26lbs and 31lbs for the 30x9x14 and 30x11x14 respectively). Ive been reading a lot about clutch stuff... obviously the JBS is the end all, be all, but money is a little tight. Is there another cheaper option anyone think? I do mostly trail (slow speed, 20ish mph) riding, along with light mud and some creek / water (maybe 2 feet) from time to time. How's the EPI kit with the secondary spring and shims? In my Grizzly 700 with 30's, I ran the white EPI spring and shims, and that was it and it was great.

The weight of 30" Zillas is less than a lot of other, much smaller tires. I have 28x10x12 fronts and 28x12x12 rears and so far have not had any problems. I plowed all winter long with these tires. I do go everywhere in Low though, but that does not seem to be a problem at the speeds I travel which is 25 or less.

Rob, I don't have the sound kit but plan to do it. I'm sure there will a little modifying but nothing to bad. I put the jbs sheave kit & slugs in. It's pretty freaking sweet!!! Went with 16grams until I can get the cdi box. Can't imagine having much more than I do now but definitely gonna try it!! I'm pulling these 29.5 outlaw 2s with ease now & gained about 9mph back!! 51 top speed!!!! JBS great stuff!!!
