Just bought a new 2014 viking it has about 1.0 hour on it.Will not engage into low gear and when you put it into neutral it goes into reverse.and is hard to shift it seems.Any answers

Probably just needs a cable adjustment. Service manual explains it.

If it only has 1 hour on it take it back to the dealer and let them do it
