That's a good choice, I ended up with the Kolpin that I ordered through the dealer. Some people like the folding ones to be able to fold during summer days and such.

I wanted to make my own but just ordering the lexan and trying to track down some clamps was already above the $200 range....figured I'd just dump the extra $150 or and get a nice OEM looking wind shield....needless to say, I'm extremely happy with mine.
Yamaha Viking Folding Windshield

I put this one on mine. Half folding and doesn't lay on the hood when folded. Love it and it was way cheaper than any other that I could find

The kolpin full tilting windshield is great you can take the top half off if you just want the half windshield they are by far the most expensive but I have had one on a rhino, and now my Viking. hold up very well and well worth the extra money not to have to deal with the folding mess!!!!
I have the vented windshield and like it. At first I was worried that the black vent would block my view somewhat but it hasnt been a problem. The vent really works when you want extra airflow.
I installed the EMP windshield and pleased with it windshield. The rubber rub strip on the bottom does not stay contoured to the shape of the glass perfectly but acceptable. Only had it now for about 3 weeks. It DOT rated and I working towards making my Viking street legal some day.

Dang it, I have the Yamaha folding windshield, I think I would like that one you found a lot better, and it's about $150 cheaper looks like, plus tight fit to roof instead of a 2 inch gap

I managed to get the bottom part installed today but when it came time to put the top on I didn't have the gas struts needed bc they didn't send them. I called em and they were very apologetic are sending them out to me Monday...hopefully I'll have em by next weekend.
Anyone know of a true glass windshield? I want to be able to use mine for plowing snow and install a powered wiper like I used to have on my John deere sub compact tractor cab.
