So, I just filled out my dealer survey, and I'd say after it I'll have to trailer my ride to the next dealer if I ever need service. When I took delivery of my Viking there was already 45 miles on it. I know why but can't say here. Also, there was a stress mark on the blue plastic down near the headlight, and some white discoloration of the plastic due to tape being stuck to it in the sun. While I did get a discount on the ride because of family, does anyone think I am unreasonable for being upset with it? It's kind of a delicate situation to say the least. Thoughts?

Id be upset about it, so i dont blame ya. There's 2 Yamaha dealers in my area, within in 30 miles. Ive used the same dealer for years, and they have always been great, Good luck to ya.

I wasn't allowed to see it. I knew the color I wanted and looked at a green one on the lot. The blue one wasnt there. They delivered it to me. By then all the paperwork was done.
